Background: Microcystic adnexal carcinoma (MAC), desmoplastic trichoepithelioma (DTE) and morpheaform basal cell carcinoma (BCC) frequently impose a considerable differential diagnostic challenge and immunohistochemistry is often used as a differentiating diagnostic adjunct.
Methods: Using standard immunohistochemical techniques, we examined 21 examples of DTE, 17 examples of morpheaform BCC and 10 examples of MAC for the expression of BerEP4, a marker of epithelial cells, and of three stem cell markers, pleckstrin homology-like domain, family A, member 1 (PHLDA1) [T cell death-associated gene 51 (TDAG51)], cytokeratin 15 (CK15) and cytokeratin (CK19).
Results: All but one MAC was negative for BerEP4 and all morpheaform BCC expressed BerEP4. Sixteen out of 21 DTE were immunoreactive for BerEP4. All 21 DTE were PHLDA1 positive and all 17 morpheaform BCC were PHLDA1 negative. MAC showed a mixed staining pattern for PHLDA1. CK15 was expressed in 20/21 DTE, whereas the majority of cases of MAC and morpheaform BCC were CK15 negative. CK19 stained more MAC than DTE and morpheaform BCC.
Conclusions: BerEP4 differentiates between MAC and morpheaform BCC but not between MAC and DTE whereas PHLDA1 differentiates between DTE and morpheaform BCC but shows variable staining in MAC. CK15 and CK19 are helpful adjuncts in the differential diagnosis of sclerosing adnexal neoplasms but are second in line to BerEP4 and PHLDA1. We propose an algorithm for the immunohistochemical work-up of sclerosing adnexal neoplasms.
I did find one article by Peter Malmgren that explains how to do this using Docker, which was really helpful . However, it fell short on running some BCC tools and I had to change some stuff to get it working.
When testing these tools, there needs to be some activity on the Vagrant environment such as open(2) syscalls and new processes being executed, which I can trace with opensnoop and execsnoop respectively.
3) In the Bcc field, enter the email address of the person you want to blind copy or tapthe blue plus sign to select one ofyour contacts.
For security and privacy reasons, it is best to use the Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) feature when sending an email message to a large number of people. When you place email addresses in the BCC field of a message, those addresses are invisible to the recipients of the email. Conversely, any email addresses that you place in the To field or the CC field are visible to everyone who receives the message.
2. A new message window appears. From the Ribbon, click the Options tab, then BCC. The BCC field will now display in your message header.
2. The New Message window will display. Click the drop-down arrow located to the left of the Subject field, then BCC Address Field. The BCC field will now display in your message header.

I am trying to automatically populate the bcc field with an email address in order to get emails to flow through to Pipedrive CRM. I am wondering how I can run a script to make this populate since there currently is not any functionality in Outlook to do this.
Thank you Gary and David.Gary, your idea is actually what I do except that I drag & drop all the address after I select them instead of Cmd-X and Cmd-V.David, I tried that many times but it doesn't work for me... I don't know if the problem comes from the name of the group or something else... that's why I use the "right click" method...Anyway, thanks to both of you !
First, put your own email address in the "To" field. Then move the cursor to the "BCC" field. Then just type in the group name that you created in contacts and that should fill in all the group email addresses.
3. Now create and address the email in the usual way. In the Bcc field, enter any recipients you want to hide from everyone else. When you send the email, the Bcc line will be hidden.
All Boris Continuum plugins put their uninstaller in the application folder. If you have Boris Continuum installed you should see an entry in the Applications folder unless some error occurred like a previous incomplete uninstall attempt. Can you clarify what remnants of Continuum you do still see on the system? You might want to file a support case so they can tunnel into your machine and help you clear this up:
Need to copy someone on an email without revealing their address or name? Want to archive an email at another email address? Blind carbon-copy (BCC) recipients have many uses. Find out here how to add BCC recipients in Outlook for Mac (and find out who you sent a BCC copy after the fact).
at the Associated Press circa 1870. Lebbeus H. Rogers, an inventor himself and interviewed about a promotional balloon flight, notices curious black paper that lets the journalists write (with a metal stylus) once and get two copies.
I recently received an email from a collaborator in which I was the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy). The original "To:" recipient was another collaborator who has a very similar email address to mine. Because of the similarity in addresses, and because I didn't see anything indicating I was a BCC (even in the detailed header information), I responded back to the original sender and the "To:" recipient pointing out the "mistake."
For Description, enter "BCC"For the conditions, select "Any Recipient" "Does not contain" and enter your address in the third fieldFor action, select "Set Color" "of background" "Purple" (or whatever color you chose)and click OK.
Which email service provider are you using? At the moment, HubSpot is only offering HubSpot Sales extensions for Chrome, Office 365 and Outlook desktop on Windows. There is a longer thread of users who tried to make this work on Mac which could be helpful.
Without the sales extensions, your best option for automatically tracked emails would be sending emails through your connected inbox from within HubSpot. Not ideal if you want to use your regular email client, I know, but that would currently be the only option.
(Aside from changing the settings of your email service provider to automatically BCC each email that you're sending. Keep in mind that this could result in tracking confidential emails into HubSpot.)
Another method for BCC'ing invitees is to forward the meeting as an iCal. Add the attendees to the message BCC field. When the invitees accept or decline the invitation, the organizer will receive the response.
Resources will be listed in the Location field - the sender will need to delete the BCC'd names from the Location field. If the Location field is empty, type in a location, otherwise Outlook will add the Resources back to the Location field.

Hi Diane,I followed the steps to BCC emails, I did it before and worked but this time the deleted emails from the location appeared with a strike through line after the exact location. Please see attachment ... Thanks
Still no FYI option in the Outlook calendar. None of the available selections or settings make any sense, when the correct selection is FYI. Microsoft has been ignoring the customer base for over 20 years on this issue. Right up there with Microsoft ignoring requests to put back the search assistant with its multiple field entry options that actually worked. There is no reason users should have to write their own code, or install third party software to do a detailed search of their files, with accurate results. 2b1af7f3a8
